In the design team at Prezi I had the opportunity to work in user interface, software and website design, illustration, communication, and branding, among other areas. I was able to develop my skills in UI and UX working hand-in-hand with researchers, developers, data scientists and designers, of course, all world-class talented crazy people from all over the world! Sometimes I was doing QA, assisting the engineers with user scenarios and prioritizing bugs. It was very helpful to understand how teams work organically to achieve their semester goals, in a very adaptive and resilient way.

I worked mainly in two product teams, both of them had the same goal: have more people using Prezi. One of them was the PowerPoint Import team, trying to convert users by allowing them to import their slides from PowerPoint. The sec- ond team was the Reuse team, that had the focus on all the features related to reuse content from previous and public Prezis, reducing the creation and searching content time.

I love to work in the complete process, from the idea and brainstorming sessions to the implementation and user tests. I also like the lean approach for teamwork and leading the complete projects with that mindset.
